Dog Boarding - How does it work ?
The Process
1) Please get in touch with us to make sure the dates you require are available.
2) We will then confirm if the dates are available and if they are we will give you a total cost plus a deposit amount.
3) We can then arrange a FREE no obligation meet and greet, where we get to meet yourselves and your dog/s and you can also see our family home.
3) If you decide you want to go ahead then the next step is to pay the deposit amount. This then secures your dogs stay with us.
4) As part of the process its important your dog is happy and comfortable within our home, if your dog is staying with us for over three nights then we must have a trial sleepover prior to the home board. The last thing we all don’t want is an unhappy dog whilst you are away. This sleepover will be an additional cost of £30 per dog which will need to be paid before or on the day of the trial sleepover.
7) Sleepover COMPLETE! your dog is ready for the board. If for any reason the sleepover doesn’t go well, such as your dog wasn’t very happy, and we decide we can’t board him/her then we will refund you the deposit you have paid in FULL.
8) It’s the day of the board, please bring with you any bedding your dog is used to, dog food, your dog’s vaccination card (we will need to see this) and of course your dog ha-ha. If you haven’t paid the outstanding balance already, then we would need this at this point to enable us to board your dog/s.
9) You can then leave your dog with us, and we promise to look after him/her as if they are a member of our family. We will send videos and photos to you whilst your away and have lots of fun with your dog.
